Refund policy

Generally goods sold are not refundable. However, some exceptions apply:

For orders that have been shipped

Refund will be made under the following circumstances:

  • The wrong product has been shipped to you and you have already returned the product to us in its original packaging.
  • A defective product has been shipped to you and we have assessed the product was defective before shipping to you.
  • The product was damaged during transit and a successful claim has been file against our logistics partner.
For orders that have not been shipped

Refund will be considered under the following circumstances:

  • We have not placed the order with our supplier and you agree to bear the transaction costs (depending on mode of payment).
  • The product(s) is/are sold out.
  • Refunds will be in store credit unless otherwise agreed.
